- Investigation and detailed analysis of tough issues in all application tiers with
the goal of proposing both an immediate solution (if possible) and a long-term strategy.
- Browser and device compatibility issues resolution for maximum audience exposure.
- Server-side issues troubleshooting, including business logic, data access, caching,
- Database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Infrastructure debugging and bottleneck identification, such as CDN/load
balancing layer troubleshooting.
- Reverse engineering* of suspect code and re-compilation/re-build of affected resources
in situations where source code is not available.
- Time-sensitive debugging for release-blocking issues, if necessary, in real-time
with the client and other participating vendors.
- On-going coordination and follow-up with external vendors that participate in the
issue life cycle (such as hardware or operating system vendors)
- Client process/workflow-friendly service with the ability to utilize virtually any
issue tracking/ALM/SLC solution.
- Optional provisioning of custom and disposable staging/debugging environments on
our cloud computing infrastructure.
